"Kemar made the experience so simple with my insurance covered rental and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! From calling within a literal minute of my claim being filed to giving me a heads up that I needed to talk to insurance and change the vehicle because he remembered I have a rear facing car seat and the approved vehicle would be an uncomfortably tight fit. Being in an accident and getting vehicle repairs is stressful and Enterprise Newberg made sure they did everything possible to alleviate stress verses add to it! Thank you again Kemar and the Enterprise team for going above and beyond!"

"I rented for almost a week. Kemar provides great customer service!!! If you are going on a long trip get the SUV. It practically drives itself on cruise control. I was surprised when it slowed down and sped up on its own when traffic changed.If you have questions it might be better to pop in as they are short staffed. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I will definitely rent from Kemar again. I left something in the car and was able to pick it up later in the day! Happy Driving!"
