"I don’t typically buy Dutch Bros. I feel there beans are burnt, but my daughter is addicted to their Sugar free, peppermint mocha & she likes it xtra hot so I’ve gotten coffee there a # of times this month. It’s never xtra hot, my Americano tastes burnt & the way the line works on Coburg is ridiculous."

"Came on my birthday was terribly disappointed. The barista begrudgingly gave me a medium drink. She didn't ask if I wanted hot or cold and didn't even get a "happy birthday", I love Dutch but I won't be back to this one :( and when I got it, turns out she only gave me a small!!!"
"It's always hit and miss there. Sometimes it is just good and My coffee (I get the same order everytime) is made perfectly. Other times not even close, I feel like they really don't listen or care on the bad days"
"The people working here are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Not the fake, customer service niceness, but it feels like they actually care how I’m doing. They seem to do well under pressure and 90% of the time will get orders right. Occasionally when it’s extremely busy they’ll put on whipped cream when I asked for none and that seems to be when they pass a drink around to different people when preparing it. Overall a great business and I like the deals they give out on the app on a regular basis. Wish they would have more stickers available, seems like they’re always out when I go."
