"I came in and asked if they had two stroke oil, and the guy behind the counter was incredibly dismissive and rude. I went to North Bend Power sports instead and got what I needed."

"Customer service was not up to par when we visited. My husband felt like he was annoying the guy behind the counter asking questions. We needed a flag, flag mount and dune tag. Told us no one physically sells dune tags as it is only online since October 2021. Which was false because we bought a tag for our quad and when calling around coos bay multiple other retailers sold the physical ones. When looking in the flag mount box my husband asked if there were supposed to be two of something. The guy behind the counter said rudely “go grab another one then!” Not only didn’t husband pick up on his attitude but our son as well. We were the only ones in the store so he wasn’t busy but his attitude was downright rude. We will take our business elsewhere when in town. I wouldn’t want this guy to be the face of my store."

"The service department is the best in the business keeping my coast low and the quality high I've brought in a taotao scooter that by all rights has now business running but got it back a week later running perfect and the cost was less then 200 ,now I have a 79 Honda 125xl same thing I can't get her running ,but I'm so excited to say I know there's guys are the ones that can breathe life back into her ,I will post the total price and specs of work done when all finished,there's guys make me want to pick up craigslist motorcycles and have them bring them back to life for me without getting me in trouble with the wife ,p.s 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Work.thanks!"
