"Service advisor told me twice that tire rotation was included with 5000 mi service. IT WAS NOT! Requested that wiper blades be checked and replaced. NOT DONE! INSPECTION RESULTS not explained. Service Advisor was rude and condescending. All new Service Advisors. Do not appreciate inaccurate information and/or promises. Tried to reach Service Manager to discuss issues. He did not take my call nor return my call as requested."

"My first experience with Coos Bay Toyota Service Ctr should have been my last. Unfortunately, it took me longer than one time to learn a hard lesson. Specifically, I made an appointment for a MAJOR service. I repeated 3X that this was for a MAJOR service. Drove 50 miles (each way) for the appointment. When I collected my vehicle, they had NOT done a major service, only an oil change. They told me I had to 'make a special appointment' for a major service -- which I had done. The manager apologized, gave me his card, and told me to speak with him directly to re-schedule for the major service. They asked if I wanted a free car wash, but I did not realize this was through an automated wash, so I said yes. The heavy slapping equipment in the automated car wash cracked the rain deflectors that I had on my side windows. I never would have put my car through an automated wash... argh... Surely things have to improve next time--? It is a hardship for me to get time off work, get a dog-sitter, and get my vehicle to a service appointment. But I made time, phoned the manager and made the appointment for the MAJOR service. Drove back to the shop, left my vehicle for 3 days (they did give me a loaner which I appreciated because I had to drive the 50 miles back home). 3 days later, vehicle is ready, drive back to collect it -- so happy with myself for being proactive and taking such good care of my vehicle. Get home, pull into the garage -- what is that Weird Burning Smell?!?!?! I foolishly reasoned that maybe the MAJOR service had tightened things up, and that this might be normal. Let it cool, next day drive short distance - WEIRD BURNING SMELL - !!! Phone the manager, can't reach him. Leave message detailing the issue. Days go by. Keep phoning, no response. Vehicle now has transmission fluid leak-!!! Finally get hold of the manager who proceeds to be very rude and cops an attitude on the phone - asking what "I" had done "to damage the car" ??? Are you kidding me? Eventually he tells me that 'he will work something out' -- and I never hear from him again. How Incredibly unprofessional! Best part is to come: Took my vehicle to a local shop and, after some hunting and following the leak, they discovered the problem. Coos Bay Toyota left the transmission filler cap off (during my MAJOR service for which I paid them $1,400). Hence the burning smell as the transmission fluid spilled out and blew onto my muffler and all over the undercarriage of what had been a very, very clean vehicle. Hence the fluid leak on the floor of my garage that had plagued my vehicle since I had collected it from CBT. Coos Bay also did nothing about the cracked washer fluid container that I specifically asked them to repair or replace. They said there was no leak. Well, it still does not hold liquid so I would call that a leak. These guys are supposed to be industry-standard pros. I made special trips to get Dealership-level Service. These are rookie mistakes - not what you expect from professionals, and especially not for premium prices. I will NEVER trust Coos Bay Toyota Service Dept again."

"Had 5K first service on new 2022 Tundra. A very first class experince at their dealership while service was being done. Look forward to my 10K service date actually. Great job guys!!"

"Friendly service, just a bit pricy and it can take a little while. The Cafe and kids area make waiting on site easy and they usually keep you updated on your services. I suggest morning appointments, they seem to be less busy, so you don't end up waiting as long you do with an afternoon appointment."

"I made a reservation online for express oil change and some routine maintenance. I was not disappointed, they made some recommendations and I agreed to some of the maintenance. No issues and prompt care. I will use them again for work on my Tundra."
