"Stumbled upon this great little “Palace” and immediately felt at home! The staff was amazing and so friendly. Pastry recommendations were spot one!"

"This place is cute. My mom got the spicy chai and it was way too spicy and not expected; we don't recommend that one. But I got the sweet chai and it was pretty decent. I'm sure if we got a pastry it would've been a better experience! The workers were very nice!"

"On Valentine's Day 2024, mother nature decided to heavily downpour and hide from me Oregon's natural sylvan beauty. While trekking from Medford to Portland, the late-winter wet-weather white-knuckle drive got me thinking I needed a jolt. So, I hit Eugene, pointed myself towards a university (which often sustain local, better-than-average coffee shops), and found myself at Palace. Well. Turns out Palace Coffee in Eugene is where Oregon hides all of its beauty. Vibe? Good. Coffee and baked goods? Yes and yes. I did the blueberry scone. It was a monster and crumbled perfectly. But the staff? Hands down, the best. One, they're all gorgeous, so that helps the whole beauty theme. They're also just solid people. They were very busy for a 9:30am on a Monday, and they took the time to help me select a good brew for my needs and chat with me about San Jose, e-cig vape pens, and banana slugs. Special shout out to Michelle and Lisa, only because I got their names. To the barrista from Santa Cruz, I will find you a banana slug and kiss it for you. It is good luck, you know."

"Service was absolutely amazing. Lisa made us feel so welcomed. She was super interactive, loved how she interacted with her customers. Got a mix of sweet and spicy Chai and it was absolutely perfect."

"Really awesome place! They have all sort of gluten free treats. They are very allergy friendly! I was a little grossed out after witnessing them handle money and then the baked goods without gloves and/or washing their hands in between. My gluten free sister assured me the GF goods were worth it though."
