"Always one of a kind .... We've tried every sushi restaurant in lane county, and this is the best sushi in lane county, period. BY FAR. We've been consistently going here for almost three years while trying other places and nothing beats izumi's!"
"Arrived at 6:55pm to pick up a doordash order. The lobby was closed and only the drive thru was open. After waiting 25 min I finally made it to the order kiosk where I was informed there was only one employee running the restaurant and that the doordash order I had been waiting for wasn't even started and there were many orders ahead of me. I unassigned the order and left. Absolutely abysmal service. Whoever the general manager of the store is should be fired immediately along with the regional manager that allowed it to happen."
"Lot of small drive through line blocks cars from getting in or out of handicap parking. Poor older couple had to wait a while to be able to leave. Would be all 5 stars if they paint the drive threw lines guiding people so they don't block handicap parking. (However that should be common sense on a driver's part}"
