"We’ve been to this location three times in two weeks about a tire loosing air, after a brief visual inspection and pumping air into the tire, attendant every time says it’s caused by the cold weather and it’ll be fine, but in a day or two the engine light comes back on, and I wake up to find the tire is flat again. Either they're too busy to inspect your tires thoroughly or they don’t care."
"I popped a tire on I5 today. Drove in on a spare. They told me on the phone they had my size. After I arrived they tried to sell me 4 new tires. My tires are only 10 months old. I told them no. Then they told me they could sell me 2. I said no and left. My vehicle is not full time AWD. They told me AWD have to have the same tires. That’s only if it’s full time AWD. My vehicle is not. I drove down the street and got help somewhere else. If their intentions were to help me and service me. If they would have asked more questions, they could have figured this out. Not tried to up sell me without even finding out about my vehicle. So when I said no to 4. They said they could do 2 tires. No trust here in this interaction. Just bad business practices."
