"I VERY SELDOM go out to eat because prices are too high for the quality of service and food you get for your money. I go into to order a sandwich. I kindly asked for mustard and this Big Town Hero in Tualatin, now under new management, wanted to CHARGE ME .50 CENTS for a couple squirts of MUSTARD!!!! I walked out! This IS NOT the way you keep your customers!!!! THE ONLY sandwich shop that I visit too!!. You guys blew it!!!...go ahead, keep charging extra for such items as a simple ask of "can I please get some mustard on my sandwich?" YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I will make sure I spread the word that the new management at Big Town Hero will nickel and dime you...including asking for a bit of mustard. SCREW YOU GUYS!! I'll go to a different Big Town Hero....and will tell alllll my friends and peeps I know in Tualatin!!"
"Fruit flies EVERYWHERE, we tried to order and sit down to wait but they kept getting worse. When we got our food even more came and when I said something he didn’t do anything about it. So disgusting un sanitary and they did nothing about it."
"Nothing beats a Big Town Hero sandwich when you’re hungry and craving a hearty meal. They bake their own bread daily and use only the finest meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Their sandwiches are huge and flavorful, and their salads are crisp and refreshing. I recommend the Prime Club with roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, and avocado. It’s a classic that never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and comfortable"
