"Jim and Dre came out today to check our electrical equipment again. I cannot say enough good things about Jim and team. Dre was super helpful in explaining everything and running through what they would be checking. He also explained all the pricing breakdown of what was installed during visit. Jim made an excellent observation about our electrical box and installed device to help with a consistent issue we have been having since purchasing the property. They both were very thorough in everything they did. They were respectful to us, our home, and pet. Scare Bear loves Jim so so much. He’s gotta be the one to come out now if we have electrical needs because we and she love him!"
"I had a propane fireplace that would not light and had been trying to get Firesides recommended technicians to schedule an appointment for months. I noticed on an email from Roth that they do gas fireplace maintenance. They made an appointment for the next morning - right before our cold front - from the scheduling to the service nothing could have been better. My fireplace was fixed quickly, much less expensively than quoted by the other recommended services and my house is warm during the cold weather. I have used Roth twice now with great results and I will definitely call them first going forward. Great job, great people! Edited to add that my second call to Roth was even faster response than the first - same day appointment. Again the service tech was professional, friendly and efficient. Great company, great team!"
"Jim and Dre are some nice guys. They got the job done. It looks great! If I could give 10 stars I would. They got me a portable generator all hooked up and the work looks really great. I then had them also do a EV charger and that install went very smooth. I'm very happy with the service provided from Roth home. Thank you again, Jim and Dre!"
"Our experience with Roth was exceptional! Matthew, our technician was courteous, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything for us in great detail and walked us through the whole process from start to finish. Fixed our detached duct and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to secure a couple of other trouble spots four us while he was addressing the main issue. Such a great experience with this company! Would highly recommend!"
