"Took my 2015 ford escape here to have a starter replaced, got a call from them stating the car was ready, 2 minutes later they call back with a power steering assist fault and say service is required. Prior to this I drove my vehicle all day Sunday, went to start it Monday to just a click (which was the starter) then after this shop gets my car started suddenly I have a much larger problem Furthermore; my grand parents brought their car in for a power issue, pro auto said it was a alternator issue and replaced the alternator and return the car, the next day they take their car to Albany and it is trying to die and sputter when they come to a stop. So they had to return the car back to pro auto for further work. This does not seem like a fluke thing that both our vehicles that we took to pro auto suddenly has more issues then what the car came in for. I’m very suspicious that pro auto is purposely messing cars up to try to create more problems for them to rake in more money on jobs and customers who don’t know any better! Do NOT take your car to Pro auto unless you want to be replacing more parts then your car originally went in for. Update: After towing the car to a different shop and having it diagnosed from them it was discovered it was a blown 80 amp fuse and the repair costs significantly less then originally thought. Pro auto said they checked all the fuses and they were all okay but apparently NOT! As this other shop found and fixed the issue. Pro auto would have replaced the wrong part and charged me over 1800 and not even had fixed the issue! DON’T take your vehicles to pro auto!"

"Lesson learned....friends should never let friends work on their car stereos!!!! I made a couple of phone calls, and was referred to pro auto. They got me right in, and within about 24 hours they fixed all the wiring issues. Yes...the airbag wire was cut to power an amp...they were able to shuttle my vehicles back and forth. Showed a high level of professionalism. Charged a fair price, and were very efficient in their work. I have already made an appointment to have the speakers replaced in my car. These guys rock!!!!"
