"Waited for almost 10 minutes for my mobile order waiting by the counter- no one greeted me or anything. I noticed no one was working on any drinks and I asked the barista if they got my mobile order and showed her my phone. She said they didn't get the sticker and cheerfully made my coffee, but I wish someone had checked in on me instead of letting me stand there to waste my time."
"After waiting 30 minutes for our coffee, we asked what the hold-up was? Well they did make our coffee in a timely fashion, yet there was a communication breakdown in letting us know. The lady that we inquired our query as to the long wait responded, "I was wondering why you guys were just hanging out here?" ...Yes we were hanging out with no coffee in our hands... They got our order wrong as it was. But they gave us fresh coffee with and extra hot chocolate for the kid."
