"Had a car problem while traveling in the Waldport area. Made an appointment with Shepherd for four days in advance. When showing up on time for the appointment at shop opening, he immediately took on another vehicle that arrived after ours without saying a word. After a period of silence, asked him when our car would be looked at. He stated (with a smirk) that he did not have time to diagnose/repair our vehicle and to go find another shop. The net result was we lost a week for the repair (that turned out to be a $6 spark plug) and had to rent a car for $300 waiting for repairs to performed in Newport. Summary: Shepard was unprofessional and a gross waste of time and expense for our problem. Very bad experience."
"Shep was awesome! I dropped my car off Wednesday night. I called him on Thursday to see when the car would be ready and he already had it done! He diagnosed my issue correctly and had it running like new again. Price for repairs was very reasonable. Thanks so much for the great service!"
