"Excellent coffee. Friendly people. 12-4, ordered Egg Nog Chiller, got whipped cream, ice, and NO egg Nog, a little espresso. It was terrible, threw it away , unusual for T V highway branch, disappointing."

"Second time I visit this location and charge me more then what I got. Went in today for the $3 fuel plus a kids shake and was never got a total or receipt. Come to realize the batista charge me more. Either he self tipped because I was never handed the table or charge me extra drinks."
"Ordered 2 lattes with sugar, got black coffee with no sugar for 11 dollars! This is the third time this happens. Went back to return and the attitude was inappropriate! They said they can't find the order and held us there for 10 minutes. Then the long hair, don't care manager dude was called up on. Even worse at customer service - Unapologetic and mocked us. Then offered drink credits. We said we never coming back and asked to give refund. Never going back to a black rock coffee bar again!"
"Solid coffee drive through, not super well located for my personal needs, but convenient. No drip coffee, all espresso based. Overall good, just not ear twirling amazing."
