"We were traveling through Oregon when we discovered a serious problem with the spring hangers and both main I-Beams on our 35’ fifth wheel camper. I called Semi Truck Centers on Sunday, expecting to leave a message, and the owner (Randy) answered. I tried to explain the problem and he asked me to text pictures. Once he saw the problem he recommended that the trailer not be driven. Randy gave me the number of a tow company and the owner called back in about an hour (Still Sunday). The camper was towed on Tuesday and Randy and Team were so very helpful and patient during a stressful situation. Randy evaluated the issue and made recommendations to reinforce and repair the I-Beams Repairs were completed in about 3 weeks. We have been driving the rig for about 2 months with no issues. Many thanks!!"
