"I found this clinic on my in network list and since reviews were glowing, I called to schedule. The person who answered the phone told me I needed to fill out the forms online and that there was a one to two week waiting period to get a call for scheduling. I filled out the paperwork which was not super user friendly. Then after 2 weeks I called them asking when I was going to get a call for scheduling. The same person answered the phone and told me he would have somebody call me to schedule that day. Now a week later I still have not received a phone call. Obviously I'll be taking my business somewhere else at this point, but I would have loved to have known from the beginning they didn't have time to add new clients. Edit: I left my number with the person answering the phone the second time speaking with him - there was definitely a way to reach me despite faulty software. Thanks for the offer to reconcile but I'm no longer interested."

My hygienist was gentle and extremely thorough, educating me on the procedures she was performing on me including taking pictures of my problem areas and displaying it on the screen so that I can see the concerns. Dr. Molly is so friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Molly also provided me with options and I felt comfortable with the plan of action. "Such a wonderful caring staff and doctor. I've been a patient for over 10 years and I've never had a bad or uncomfortable experience or felt like I wasn't being recommended treatment that I actually didn't need. I really like that they have all the latest high tech dental things, but the office and staff aren't cold and they make me feel very comfortable. They even have views from their chairs of a wooded creek, I've seen ducks and all kinds of wildlife, very relaxing. But aside from that they always make me feel like I'm taken care of and I get a lot of compliments on my smile."
