"My teeth cleaning was AMAZING! I adore mt hygienest I feel like we just can't talk for hours!! this isn't what this review is about! The woman who handles patients intakes and paper work is incredibly uncaring and has no compassion. A woman came in visible pain with her insurance on her phone. She needs three root canals asked what this office can help with. The woman that runs the front desk then says I can't help you, you need to talk to my boss! Excuse me? Then I hear that blonde woman say to another employee she better not have came for me.so a patient asking a question or two isn't allowed? So sir no !this all went down while this woman has an ice pack on HER FACE! MY mouth hit the floor. I hope that patient gets the care she needs and deserves"

"Drove one hour to come for my first appointment. They informed me on arrival that because they had no dentist present, I’d be charged $48 out of pocket despite having insurance. A simple phone call to let me know that would have saved me the time and money. Horrible way to treat any patient, and a first (and last time) patient. A even worse."

"Not a good place at all. Canceled my appointment and never bothered to let me know. Amoung many other things. Very rude to me. I need more dental work now than when we hadstarted and made a 3 month plan. Over a year ago. To say I am disappointed is a understatement."

"I have been going to them for three years. I was constantly getting called for my appointments being cancelled due to people not showing up for their shifts. The doctor himself does wonderful at his job however every time I go in the receptionist is rude. She never gave a smile and was never considerate of our issues. Today I walked in and had an appointment and she called me the day before for my insurance at 3:15. I also work an 8-5 so I could not call them during work hours when they close at 5. She made me feel like it was my fault when it was not. She did not have my insurance when she could have asked me the day we made my appointment two months prior after my cancellation for the 4th time. I personally would have referred the client to a close dental place in substitute if you could not help me, because apparently she couldn’t. Please do not waste your time because you don’t deserve to be treated awful for your teeth needing to be cleaned. Please find a receptionist with a soul."

"I have never been treated with such compassion before by any medical professionals. The dentist and the entire staff are very kind and go out of their way to make me comfortable and feel like part of the family. They take the time to listen and explain what they need to do. I honestly admire each of them."
