"I was from out of town and walked into clinic with a dental emergency and no appointment. All of the staff were amazing and squeezed me in right away. Dr Allender saw me right away and made time in his schedule to do an extraction early the next morning and worked with their lab to ensure I could get temporary flipper tooth before I had to leave town. Melissa was efficient and friendly working through costs and my insurance. They discounted several items that insurance didn’t cover to make it affordable. The dental assistants who helped both days were friendly and accommodating to ensure my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I interacted with from reception to doctor. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my choice for dental care! I may even fly up just so they can handle permanent fix in several months. I highly recommend Pioneer Dental in Oregon City for all of your dental needs."

"I was so incredibly impressed with this office from the check in, the assistant and Dr.Allender. There was so much compassion and caring through the whole visit, and I was there for 3 hours getting a crown! They explained every step of the way so thoroughly that there were no surprises or confusion. I am not a fan of dental work one bit, but I can honestly say I left that office with a huge smile and new look on dental operations now that I am a patient at this office! "It was a great experience. This was my first visit it this state of the art dental facility. Everyone was polite and helpful . I was happily surprised with no wait for my appointment. I got the standard X-rays, but was also taken to another room where I got a complete head scan, and then got pictures of my entire mouth that was reassembled in 3D software. They were able to identify potential issues that no other dentist was able to see at Kaiser with just standard X-rays. It was a very thorough and pleasant cleaning with a very skilled dental hygienist. I look forward to my next cleaning in six months, knowing I’m in good hands."

"The staff here is absolutely amazing! I brought in my 80-year-old mother, who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. They were patient, kind and understanding. Her hygienist did not treat her like a patient, she treated her like her own family member. Her appointment was for a cleaning and filling replacements, but she could only handle the cleaning portion. They completely understood and canceled her second half without a fee. I can only rate a five star, if I could give them 10, I would!"
