"Literally the sweetest people, got my wisdom teeth taken out SO quickly and felt nothing. All the assistants were above and beyond and Dr Sadakah was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. Great place!"

"Worst dentist ever. Completely unprofessional. Came here with my fiance because she is afraid of dentists and need to be put to sleep. Said they would but never did. While working on her teeth he was throwing utensils and swearing. Told her to keep still and it doesn’t hurt with his hands in her mouth. Completely unprofessional. Really rude. Got mad at a tooth and just crushed it instead of pulling it. she needed 5 teeth pulled and the side that took three teeth doesn’t hurt. The side he got mad at she is still complaining about the pain hours later. I’m writing this for her as she is wincing in pain. This dentist is a complete disaster. The staff are nice but the dentist himself sucks. Need to consider a new profession. First they she said when she goto the car and completely loopy was that he was rude. And that she wasn’t put to sleep and that’s why we came to this specific location. Don’t come here. Put this guy out of business."

"The assistant with braids made this place the worse dental place I’ve ever been to in my life !!! Quick short history I am youth and family counselor and I worked with at risk youth for years so trust and believe teaching my children how to cope and deal with stressful situations and how to communicate are always an important part of my parenting skills. I have 7 year old who has a few mental health diagnosis and has many phobias one being certain smells and tastes and very high sensory. Our first time here on Friday 2/16/24 and my 7 year old son worked up the courage to Go into dentist to and be brave which I was super Proud of. 15 minutes into his appointment the Assistant with the braids pulls me to The room and says in the RUDEST TONE POSSIBLE, “ you really have to do better as a parent because you can tell your son is not use to being at a dentist. He doesn’t like The tooth paste he won’t let me give him fluoride and he’s really anxious and it’s your job to bring them in every 6 months so we don’t deal with these issues so we need to do better as a parent!” My son was literally throwing up As she’s shaming me as a parent and as I’m asking her for helP with napkins or something she starts patronizing me more saying. “See this isn’t okay this is why we need to do better because this is an issue, “ I responded, “can I get napkins ?! And yes he has anxiety disorder and mental Health diagnosis this is what we usually deal With in doctors offices of any sort ! “ and I asked to go to bathroom to clean him off. She told me I can’t leave until he sees dentist I told her I NEED TO CLEAN AND CALM MY SOn!!!! In the bathroom I got my son to stop bawling his eyes out and he was able to stop throwing up and he said, “the lady was really mean and I was uncomfortable I kept asking For you and wanting her to stop but she got upset. I just didn’t like the toothpaste it was nasty made me puke but I was not scared of anything else.” Back in office I explained to assistant with braids his issue with toothpaste and she RUDELY with MAJOR irritation said, “that’s why it’s your job to teach your kid communication because he’s too old to not communicate and freeze up He should know this by now! Had he told me what was going on I would have done something different but instead he stayed quiet because he doesn’t know how to communicate and this is why we need to do better as a parent!” That’s when I finally had it! I Said “excuse me. You have no clue what my parenting is like and to categorize my 7 year old in a category that’s not one shoe size fits all is pretty ignorant! I just explained he has Diagnosis to which you wouldn’t understand so please don’t sit here amd act like his Anxiety is due to my parenting!!!! She back tracked said I misunderstood and she wasn’t saying anything about my parenting but had referenced me needing to do better as a parent about 6 times. Ridiculous! Unprofessional! Ignorant! Rude! And highly judgmental. I will NEVER return to This place again. I also forgot to mention when it was my 18 year olds turn he told me when he got in car that she was asking to him about marijuana if he smoked and how he shouldn’t feel judged when answering because her son started smoking weed at 11 years Old. She talked more in depth but that was about the point I just died because you referenced my parenting then go to a Teenager discussing marijuana and her personal life, Unprofessional, rude and ghetto. Never again."

"The assistant with the braids is the most unprofessional and rude dental worker I’ve ever met in my entire life. I was in severe pain, and when my fiance tried answering a question for me, she rudely cut him off and said “I am talking to her, not you”. Continued rude remarks through the whole appointment until the dentist came in the room. Seemed more worried about a lawsuit than making sure I was healthy. Dentist was okay, but barely looked at me and sent me out the door. Seemed more concerned about moving on to the next person than actually checking my mouth. He did spot two cavities, but that’s not even the beginning of what I’ve been dealing with. Since my appointment I’ve been to the ER 3 times for my mouth. Thanks for nothing! I won’t be coming back. The receptionists are awesome though and deserve better. Edit: so I went to another dentist, a good one. The X-rays these people took were barely even readable. You could see my piercings more than my teeth lol. The new x rays actually showed what mattered and now I’m getting the help I need. Which is surgery."

"My first time going to soft touch. The receptionist was welcoming and kind. The hygienist was kind and knowledgeable and so was the dentist. I have more appointments and hoping all will go well as time goes by given the fact that I have extremely sensitive teeth"
