Bellagios Pizza

"Terrible! Cannot get simple orders correct. Have given them plenty of chances. Had to be refunded multiple times. The last order was the last straw . Told the person answering the phone 7 times what we wanted on the pizza and asked for them to read it back because they always get it wrong . Got the pizza home and all the ingredients were in containers! They didn’t even put it on the pizza and cook it. Come on ….. really? All we asked is for tomatoes on the side. You can’t hire people that can take simple orders over the phone? Happens over and over. Then when you ask for a manager they just put a kid on the phone. Starts at the top . Bad management."

"Came here for lunch on a free weekend. The server was nice, very conversational, and gave us refills for our drinks. We ordered ahead and came when it should have been ready, but it took longer than planned, but the excellent pizza was worth the wait."

"Don’t be a dummy like me and expect to get the items you order. I ordered two things, and they screwed up the order on two things. When I called to ask how they could manage to screw up something so simple, the kid on the other end of the line was like “ughhhhh, idk”. I had low expectations and they couldn’t even be met. I will never order from this location again. I mean, it’s literally so bad, this location should change its name and be anything but Bellagios so that this location stops ruining their good brand name. Round Table Pizza it is for me for now on, way to ruin it for me Lake O Bellagios, shame."

"We are long time Bellagios customers - we love the pizza. However this location, in particular, is terribly run. The last time we ordered they just didn't show up. This has never happened to us before with any pizza delivery. We waited the two hours they said it would take to get our pizza. Called over and over (their voicemail was full and they weren't answering the phone) when they were half an hour late and they said "sorry we had a big catering order today". Not my problem - if that's the case don't take orders! They said it would be there "soon" and I asked what soon was and he said 15 minutes. They never showed up. We went in to the location the next day and they barely apologized, didn't refund us because the charge was still pending and didn't offer anything to make up for it, besides a "guarantee it won't happen next time". Sadly there won't be a next time. The Tualatin location doesn't deliver to Lake O but is much more reliable for take out. My advice is to get your pizza elsewhere."

"Ordered at 3:15 to pickup at 6pm. Wasn’t ready. Told “we had a big catering order and had to make all those pizzas…we’ll put your order in now”. No discount. Nothing. Frustrating when we were on a schedule and had ordered so early. Pizzas are great and expensive."
