When explaining diagnosis and repair recommendations, he provides pictures and has brought me in to the shop to not only explain what's wrong, but to show me as well. He has great integrity and recommends repairs that are appropriate to resolve issues. No over-sell recommendations or pressure. He's talented and thorough and just a good person.
