"Great little airport right in town. Hop out, walk out to the beach, walk into town, hop back in and head out. Not many places you can do all that after flying in, without a car! Watch for seagulls and other ocean fowl on approach from the south! They scattered out under us, but my imagination was picturing one deciding to climb for the sky right into our prop! Runway definitely is on the smaller side in both width and length, so just to be aware, as gusty winds could necessitate a go around pretty quickly, depending on what you're flying. Overall, a great little GA airport! We loved it!"

"Flying into this airport is a great choice for a day trip or weekend excursion. The airport is right in town. It's a short walk to several restaurants, a horse rental, state park, and the beach. The airport has nice bikes to use for $5. It also has restrooms. We camped on the grass and no one said anything, though I'm not sure if it is allowed. Watch for deer on the runway!"
