"Storm of Dec 2022 my mother had just had shoulder surgery and came home to find no power and no gas for the generator. One phone call the Menefee and gas was on its way. Being that I live in the valley I had no way to be able to assist her. She needed the generator for her heat but also for the ice machine for her shoulder. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Not only did they deliver but they made aure it was up and running before leaving. . Thank you for calming my nerves from so far away."

"I am from out of town and ran out of gas 3 miles south of Tillamook. Searches Google for 24 hour towing. Menfee Pops up first, their website say we help others when our competition won't. They help alright 120 min to bring out gas. I said, that is about all I have and i need gas when I get there. Then she hung up. GREAT SERVICE"

"Got high centered at Cape Meares and called this company based on their reviews - but looks like they took advantage of our situation and gouged us. Took a $175 credit card "deposit" on the phone, sent out a Nissan Xterra with a winch on the front, one simple and straight forward hook up and a single pull to get things right. Nothing crazy like mud or rain, or off the road deep in the woods, just high centered and only 10 minutes from unhooking the winch from the truck to having it put back away - total cost $300! The $3 per mile was more than fair for a total of $75 in mileage - but $225 for 10 minutes of simple labor with a winch attached to a Nissan is taking advantage of a persons situation. Save that stuff for the out of state visitors - don't do fellow Oregonians like that. Seriously.....unhook winch from Nissan truck, attach to readily accessed frame hook, engage winch for 2-3 minutes, unhook winch and put away - $225. That's out of line. Lol, I probably could have called a different company and had the car flatbed towed to town for $200 or less! Tipped the kid $20 for his help all the same. Bottom line, use an insurance dispatch or another company instead of this company directly - they'll bend you over if they get the opportunity, and they give professional outfits a bad name."

"Menefee Towing will help you when the competition will not. Logan and Mark we out of the way to help me turn a nightmare situation into something manageable. On a late Sunday night my truck was 10 miles deep into the Tillamook Mountains with 2 flat tires. After walking 10 miles for cell service these guys were more than willing to drive back in the dark narrow mountain roads and get my truck safely to Les Schwab. They even gave me a ride to a hotel and wanted to make sure I didn’t have to stop and get anything from a store I might need first. This company is top notch. Highly recommend"
