"Okay that makes more sense. I was like when I went there they were nice. Gave me an extra day I was happy. I did have problems with the app for a week before I picked up the van. The app would change things without me doing anything. I reported it to U-Haul but didn't really reply to me. So yeah nice people in and out I'll definitely rent a U-Haul Van from there again if we could cut the U-Haul app out of the situation lol and if I was going to customize my truck I would definitely go there they have a nice place."
