"I love everything about Dutch Bros, other than their coffee. It's very bitter and acidic, which most people don't notice as most of their drinks are heavily blended with cream, syrups, and flavorings to mask and perhaps balance the PH a bit. Unfortunately, for plain latte drinkers like me, the coffee is just not good, and I have to stick with teas and such."
"I love Dutch bros. It's my favorite goto coffee shop but on this particular day, they got most of my order wrong on sizes and on flavors I asked for. They were very nice to me and I got my free drink for my birthday, but it wasn't what I asked for. Didn't want to keep the line waiting so I just accepted the drink and left. Nothing bad to say, the drink was good, just wasn't the size or drink I had ordered. Overall still good tho!"
"I normally have a good experience here in the morning but Friday morning heading to work I decided I'll get some dutch sense it's Friday . Well I don't know if the gal working there was having a bad day but she was extremely rude towards me . Made my drink wrong twice . Feel like it was on purpose. I'm highly disappointed in my service and probably won't return unless I get an sorry or compensated . I'm very sad to even write this review . I love dutch bros!!!! But c'mon man this is unexpected."
"First bad experience. To the lady working Sunday night shift 8/6. I kindly asked for light ice. What you gave me was not. When I showed you my drink and reminded of my request, you didn’t offer to remake it. You looked at me blankly and insisted it was light ice. More than half my drink was just ice. If you’ll challenge customers on their preference then you shouldn’t work customer service. You make well known companies like Dutch bros look bad."
