"First negative review I've ever written. Needed something specific from them for my wedding coming up in a week. Called them the day we were coming out to confirm they had what we were looking for. Drove an hour and a half to them. When we arrived they said they were closing an hour early and wouldn't assist us even though it would have taken at maximum 10 minutes to get what we needed. First time I've ever seen my wife mad. They need to update their business hours to say that it's fluid if they only are a tourist boutique. I'm only giving a 1 star rating because I also emailed them after wards, nicely, and they didn't respond so I gave them a chance."

"A heads up to anyone who wants Birkenstocks: JUST ORDER THEM ONLINE!! DO NOT come to this store… rude, uncaring, and unprofessional associates. The older associate looked p*ssed that she had to help me and talked to me like she thought I was stupid. Really unfortunate because the store had a limited but nice collection. What wasted potential!!! Seriously."

"Showed up a little after noon. Sign said open but also had a note on the door saying they were out and would return shortly. As I waited for 40 minutes I watched 4 different groups of people attempt to go in and turn away with the closure. Finally a woman showed up and said she'd open in 15 minutes. Upon opening she hardly acknowledged my wife and I. We proceeded to go in. I felt like an absolute intruder and an interruption to this gal's day. Wound up leaving and ordering online after such a poor experience. Clearly they sell enough sandals they don't care to even make a slight attempt to provide customer service or even basic courtesy."

"Lady wouldn’t take 5 seconds to acknowledge us. No prices on most shoes. I asked her for a price on a shoe on the rack, she spent a few minutes looking it up in a book, then told me $180. We left."
