"Great place for a quick bite and great beer. I had the Coconut Brown Ale and my wife had the Coastal Haze Hazey IPA. We had The Burger and the fish and chips. The burger was cooked perfectly and it actually tasted like beef!! The fish and chips were lightly breaded, not oily and tasted great. The beer, what can I say, it was outstanding! The hint of flavors and not over powering just for the sake of the name of the beer. Great job staff!! This place is on our return to list. Happy New Year."
"The Halibut and Chips were good. The clam chowder was okay. The salad was good. My kids loved their cheeseburger but the ice cream sandwich was a miss. Bummer. Nice staff and good atmosphere."
"Set inside the brewery, large stainless tanks surrounded by wood makes for a very rustic, yet seemingly upscale environment. The food is top notch. Had the pulled pork sandwich and the dirty fries. All very very good. Well seasoned. Only complaint.... the brioche bun was a little on the dry side BUT still made for a delicious sandwich. The dirty fries with the garlic parm was awesome. Public coast has top notch beer but I would drive the hour and half from my house to buy a couple racks of their Non alcoholic rootbeer. Overall one of the best places to visit for a great beer, friendly service and some amazing food. 10/10 will definitely be going back!"
"A great place for gluten free foodies to indulge in classic casual pub fare. My favorite spot to get gluten free Clam Chowder out of Cannon Beach, Seaside, Astoria, and Long Beach. It is hard to believe that the Hand-Battered Sweet Onion Rings and Fish & Chips are gluten free since they look and taste so similar to the gluten version. Stephen's Root Beer Float is the perfect sweet treat to finish off a meal. Indoor seating, outdoor dog friendly seating, and to go options available. Street parking only."
"Honestly the perfect small town brewery. The vibes are great and the food is super delicious. The clam chowder was perfectly creamy and chunky, and the onion rings were so tasty. The blueberry wheat ale was also very refreshing. I will definitely come back! (We also tried the hop water and it's a tasty alternative to alcoholic options)"
