"The water is brown. The customer service is zero they never let you know when they’re going to turn the water off so you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place because it’s the only water you can get and it is truly terrible as is the service. They never return your call and they have the nerve if you’re one day late to charge you five dollars extra for dirty water. It’s the most pitifully run managed municipal utility I have ever been attached to and now you don’t have a number to call to find out when they’re going to be able to turn it back on because it’s a holiday and there’s no other number"

"This is the MOST HORRIBLE water company EVER!!!! Not only is the water disgusting but they have the audacity to turn the water off it seems like every other week without a warning or informing you that water will be off for a few hours and sometimes days!!!! They also NEVER RETURN your calls. TERRIBLE customer service at it finest."

"I went to take a bath the water looked like someone dump at least two gallons of dark urine in it. I know u can’t drink the water but now u can’t take a bath either.
