"This is what I sent to them when receiving the plant and I never received any response from them.(Skylar plant was just left on the doorstep. I saw it when I got off at 5:15 P.M. There were no smiling face balloon on it neither which I specifically asked for) I have ordered from them before and never had this type of issue. This was suppose to be a special moment and it turned out horrible wrong. Skylar didn't receive the plant until I got off and found it. No ringing the doorbell or calling to say we have a delivery for you, NOTHING!!! This is what I received for 70 plus dollars. All I wanted was an acknowledgment to my concern. I was totally dismissed. I envy all the others that received great service. It bothered me because I told them this was a special moment and by the looks of the 70 plus dollar plant and where it was left it didn't matter to them. Thanks"

The Calla Lily, is my mom’s favorite flower and it was for her third anniversary in heaven. There are three red roses in it."

She even put each arrangement in something special so my sister and I would have a keepsake. I am having the pot replicated in artificial flowers to keep and we were able to have some of the real flowers preserved and coated with resin in the tray."
