"Ordered a floral arrangement for a sweet friend in memoriam of her late mother for Mother's Day. My "same day delivery" order was never delivered. Contacted florist on next day and was told the arrangement was to be delivered the next day. It's now 4 days later and no delivery and no response to emails."

"I ordered birthday flowers with 2 balloons to be sent to my daughter’s work. I called early in am to make sure delivery would be before 2 pm. I was told that would not be a problem. No delivery at 2 pm at work and had to deliver at her home instead. Delivered at 4:30. I had to tell my daughter of surprise because she needed to go home. Had to call flower shop to deliver at home since she was already leaving work. Flowers were beautiful. And on top it off, no balloons were delivered. Very disappointed because I live in Texas and wanted my daughter to be surprised at work. No surprise effect."
