They were on time (called ahead and arrived earlier than the appointment, actually) and very efficient, finishing the whole house in just a few hours. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because they didn’t have a step stool to reach some high shelves to wipe them down. I was able to borrow one from across the street so they could clean those areas. I recommend Molly Maids sends step stools with all of their crews, especially when doing a move-out clean where it is necessary to wipe down all surfaces, including high ones."

They asked questions about how I would like certain things done and, if unsure about anything, would consult me for feedback. They have already had a lot of experience and know what they are doing (much more than I know), but I really appreciated that they listened to my needs and tailored their work to accommodate them. I am very allergic to chemicals and many scents, and they were happy to clean some things using a bowl of warm soapy water, as well as do some "dry mopping".
