"Wow where do I begin! This was by far one of the greatest experiences at a hotel. From the grand building and wonderful rooms. The free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen. And the staff each and every one of them has the best personality and professionalism. The location is where you want to be. My definite stop when I visit NOLA again."

"A good property that can be great with a little effort. The staff was amazing. I did have a problem with the temperature (only ac; no heat), but the weather improved so that fixed the issue. Really appreciated the fact that the rooms did not have carpet."

"Stayed here yesterday 2/10/2024. It was a last minute trip from out of town for me and my family. Good thing about this place is they welcome dogs. We had our dog with us and he was surely welcomed and loved. The lady who checked us in didn’t charge us a pet fee either. The customer service was 10/10. The location of the place is maybe a 10 minute walk to bourbon street and 5 minutes to canal street. Very great location! The hotel room itself was not that great. They were cleaned but the doors could use a repair. Hallway smelled really bad too. Walls are super thin and no fridge or microwave in the room. That was very disappointing since we had water to keep cold. The valet service for the car was nice though. I wouldn’t return here but for one night it was enough."

"Great experience! All of the staff was great! Especially Brianna at the front desk and Ms. Debra at breakfast, who was friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked beautiful and was kept in supply. Hopefully I got their names right. The location was superb and they also held our luggage while we squeezed a little more sightseeing before going to the airport."

"This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean, well-sized and overall really great for the price. It's in a wonderful and safe location very close to the French Quarter (but without all the madness of Bourbon street.) I accidentally left my prescription glasses in the room, and the housekeeping director Leslie personally called me to help mail them back to my home in a different state. There's also a really sweet little cafe on the same block called the Commerce cafe which is great for breakfast. Highly recommend staying here!"
