I heard him telling his trainee not to put their equipment on my wood floors. That is something that may others in many trades and repair companies have done. I have the damage to prove it. He even helped me with decisions on how to clean items not done at this time and was willing to let me know if the processes they offer were not the best for my product. GREAT JOB!
