"The person on the phone was nice. The tech came late last night. He was supposed to show up between 1 and 5. I called at 5:30 the dispatch told me he was behind and would be on the way. I was cool no problem. The tech showed up and can't fix the problem because he doesn't have the part. Cool no problem. Tells us not to worry he'll be there first thing in the morning 8 or 9. No phone call no text no email next morning. At 12:30 I get a text saying Kyle will be at my house between 12-3. Fine we've been waiting anyway whatever. Then I get an invoice for $1000 to pay to Climate Takers to my email nobody has fixed my problem. I call dispatch to find out where the tech is. Their answer is they won't be out till Tuesday. I called their 24 hour service line on Wednesday night. The communication was poor. It's unrealistic to expect people to wait around without communicating for 2 days when there are other heating and air companies. This is how it played out. I see you've got 5 stars so other people had a good experience just not me. Edit: saw your reply I have window units cooling the house. The home unit was off. My complaint isn't price it's saying you will be somewhere and not showing up multiple times without communicating"
