"Save yourself the time and headache and go next door to express wash this place is the worst quala i have been too and I have been to a lot dropped my trailer off Saturday and by Tuesday it still wasn’t done so I took it to express and it was done in 3 hours express is cheaper faster better quality wash and the workers actually do their jobs"
"Ms Tanya in the office is very nice, but the men responsible for the washout are absolutely terrible. Tried to get help and both of them acted as if they didn't want to help. Told me where to go then both men walked off and made us wait unnecessarily. I understand being busy, but to ignore potential customers, intentionally refuse to help a customer means they don't need our business. After making me wait the gentleman just took his time, sitting in a tanker as if we were not there and need assistance. Someone needs to address their behavior. Stay away from here if you want fast service."
"Called to complain at 4am on Sunday morning that I sat for 2 days waiting for a wash . I spoke to the Manager and realized I was at the wrong wash the whole time. Manger and crew came out their within the 1hr . Surprised how patient they where since I woke them up yelling. Manager even gave me breakfast and coffee. No complaints here, trailer was cleaned and I was in and out. Next time Quala I will check what wash I am at before I start yelling ."
"Had a wash and prep done here yesterday . Their is a new manager that took over. She made sure I was taken care of with everything I needed when I waited. The wash guy did a good job with my trailer and was really respectful. He said that they are updating the wash now and the drivers rest area. I will come back when needing a clean."
"12 hour wait on trailer washout due to lack of communication. Husband went in the next day and spent 5 hours. People were nice and trailer was clean but we don't get paid to wait."
