"We called Bonvillain for a belt replacement on our Asko dryer. While the demeanor was professional, the work was not. - we never received a quote or estimate before the work was performed - the dryer vent plate was not reinstalled - the dryer exhaust hose was not reconnected even though this was explicitly noted in our invoice I usually don't write these reviews but this was a $400 belt replacement on a dryer. Would I have received that estimate beforehand I would have declined. After several calls, I spoke with the owner. I aired my grievances and he agreed to "return my check" and politely asked that I find my services elsewhere next time. We've received a $150 refund for the $400 of unfinished services. Do yourself a favor, and don't get mixed up with these folks."

"Great service!! I live in BR...I have a sub zero refrigerator-freezer. I called two places here, thinking they be faster than someone from Nola. One said they couldn’t do it and another that they recommended didn’t call me back until after mine was fixed. They said it would take a week to get someone out (!!!!!!). A live human answered the phone at Bonvillian and came out the next day—on time and my freezer was fixed in an hour. I won’t bother with anyone else next time."
