"I dealt with Krista on my broken Samsung gas range oven. I didn't end up using their service, but it was because I decided it was cost effective to buy new (Samsung is garbage - my opinion not Accardo's). I tried to swap out 3 possible failed parts myself and couldn't fix it. Gave up. Krista offered to have someone come out but reiterated what I had already figured out (Samsung appliances are not easy to work on, parts are hard to get, and their manuals are incomplete at best). Instead of throwing more money and time into this pit of an oven, I invested in a new one (Whirlpool). Krista spent several days working with me and was very courteous and helpful. She didnt end up charging me anything for their time and expertise. Refreshing. I would contact them in the future."

Our handle was loose on the oven door and he noticed and fixed it even though we forgot to mention it. I’m so happy. Thank y’all. P.s. I don’t know how much h+e makes but Richard needs a raise."
"My across the street neighbor recommended that I call Accardo’s and what a great suggestion. My washer stopped doing anything after it filled. It was dead and full of water when the tech got here. When he left it was empty and ready for the next wash. I really thought I was going to have to trash my washer but it lives to wash another day."
