"Got a phone call from the service manager today, following up on review below that I posted yesterday. It appears that my message had an effect in that there was a discussion as part of their service tech meeting this morning. The service manager promised a discounted rate for the next service, which is a good step. We will wait to see if they follow thru with the discount. But glad they chose to reach out to a dissatisfied customer. Changed rating from original 2 star to 4 pending the next service. Original comment 3/10/24 the young man that did the service spent most of his time in his truck talking on the phone. He left without a word, did not say that things were complete, what was done, no thank you, goodbye, go to hell or otherwise. Very unprofessional customer service training. Please do not send this person again to service my unit."
"The technician arrived timely. He was friendly and valued my time. He Inspected my Generac generator and transfer switch and then told me what needed to be done. The technician then replaced the bad parts and made sure that everything was in very good working order before he left. I am extremely satisfied with his professionalism and the overall results."
