"Very very rude and unprofessional. Before he came out to my home we spoke about prices. He claimed that other companies give a lower price over the phone and change it once they arrive. He did just what he said other companies do! RESPONSE TO FALSE COMPANY REPLY BELOW This comment is accurate. Came to my home and never introduced yourself nor did you bother to speak to me. Your first words were "were is the septic tank located" how is that not unprofessional. Next, in our phone conversation you asked if you could get to the septic tank to which my reply was yes. You never said anything about the ground being too wet or anything. I do not do your profession for a living so I did not know what it intelled. Had you ask more specific questions things could have went very different. After you looked at the area you walked pass me and went into your truck. I was just standing there without knowing anything from you so I went inside and you proceeded to drive off. You later called and very rudely said "if you would have told me this I could have saved myself some time. That's why we asked you if we could get to it". There is more to the story but whatever."

"Called this guy to possibly get a quote on installing a septic system. He told me he doesn't install septic systems any longer. I asked him if he would recommend someone and he said, "No", and hung up on me. Definitely would not touch this guy with a 10 foot pole. Anyone that treats you like that on the phone has to be horrible to have do work for you."
