"Spoke with the owner last year about supporting the needs for my business which they agreed to service our linens. I wanted to support a locally owned small business and quit using the big box corporate folks even though the cost doubled. Went in today to get my linens cleaned to be told that they no longer wanted to clean the linens that I need to go somewhere else. Will do gladly. I guess the 10k a year I spent meant nothing."
"What's the point in using a dry cleaners if they can't even iron clothes properly. I've used dry cleaners all over SE Texas and had flawless experiences. Tried multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned clothes that were badly wrinkled to be fixed. Never, not out of the 10+ trips there have my clothes came out looking propper. I shouldn't have to iron my clothes immediately after picking them up from the dry cleaners. DO NOT USE."
