"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We dropped off our Daughters dress to be dry cleaned for a sweet 16 and were guaranteed for it to be ready today 10/14/2023. When we called this morning to ask if it was ready for pickup, we were told that the company that they “outsourced” this to had a delivery vehicle accident, and proceeded to give me a phone # for that company, with no offer to contact them for us. Estelle’s obviously had no intention of letting us know there was an issue. We called that cleaning company and we’re told they had no record of us or my daughters dress. Then we called Estelle’s back and were told that they had too many items and too many stores to continue to try and find our daughters dress. Last visit from our family and friends as we will share this experience every chance we get. If you can’t handle your business and it’s volume, maybe honest reviews like this one will help lessen your load."

"My wedding dress and veil are ruined. Thank god I already wore it. $108 paid for a pink veil (that was originally white) and all of the details on my dress that were sparkly and patterns are melted off. 0/10 recommend. $6,000 wedding dress that I was going to try to get some of my money back out of is gone."

"I paid for the rush service for a wedding in Mexico. They forgot to rush my jacket but when they realized it they altered it and drove it all the way to me an hour away so that I would have it. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend"

"Rude and horrible customer service! My mom had been in contact with them in regards to my wedding dress alterations for over 2 weeks. She called to confirm two days and one day before our appt on Friday to make sure the person who does alterations will be there due to me traveling in from Houston. As soon as we walked into the establishment, the alterations person became irate asking multiple questions without giving me a chance to answer any of them. "When is the wedding? What you need? What you want?" I couldn't get a word out. She took my dress and brought it to the dressing room, unzipped the bag and said that she can't do it because she doesn't have room. It's a wedding dress alterations place, but she doesn't have room for a wedding dress? If she wasn't able to accommodate a wedding dress, it should have been mentioned 2 weeks prior when my mother initially contacted. Mind you, this isn't a ball gown we brought in. Bride's beware!"
