"Bobbie with Keller Williams at first I thought was a decent realtor until 3 days after closing, moving in and surprise situations started to come to light. A home buyer relies on their realtor to be their eyes especially with the home disclosure. The form was not filled out in its entirety once she sent it to me. A realtor would have caught that the seller's did not fill out the most important part of the home disclosure. Due to this and other incorrect information from a person she recommended an inspector John DeVille, I have had a horrible first time home buying experience that will be costly to me in the end."
