"Did a great job cleaning my tank was only there for a couple of hours. Staff was friendly to me."
"Only reason they are getting 1 star is there isn’t an option for no stars. Place is a joke now. When it was Haughton Environmental it was so clean and nice with top notch service. Now since Quala has taken over the place is filthy, the people that work here are rude and lazy, and the wash jobs are lousy at best. Just enough to get by seems to be the mentality here. I mean the people are too lazy to take the hoses out of the trailer hose tubes to wash the hoses. They make a mess in your trailer hose tubes with a pressure washer because they are too lazy to remove the hoses. If you can get your tank washed somewhere else go to another place."
"Worst thing that ever happened to this wash was quala was told they was too busy to wash till next day meanwhile 3 bays set empty while the workers ride around on a forklift nobody seems to want to do their job. Not to mention the bathrooms and showers were disgusting."
"Showed up at 0800 was told I would be next in to get a washout was told to park and they would come get at 1400hr went back up there and was told they forgot about me. Finally got out of there around 1600hr. Did a quick inspection of the trailer and all the valves had gravel/sand in them. Place was alot better with the previous owners."
