"2 stars ONLY for the location of the apartments. Located just about 10 minutes car ride from anything and everything you need. I literally walk 10 minutes to work from here. 1 star for everything else that follows. First off: the roaches. Disgusting and EVERYWHERE. I take my trash out daily and keep my food put away and they're still inhabiting pretty much my entire apartment. Raid doesn't work, bug bombs don't work, and I've lost faith in the pest control. Fees: Ridiculous amounts and literally charged for everything. Water/internet shutoff: This happens almost every other week in my building for "maintenance" and "outages" and lasts anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours for the water. Neighbors: I'm located on the second floor and the unit above mine (as far as I know is only one man) gets loud at all hours of the night. Heavy stomping and running sounds, loud music and even an entire party until 4 in the morning. Clothes Care Facility (Laundromat): CONSTANTLY trashed. There has been all sorts of litter scattered everywhere, detergent and other (more questionable) stains inside and all around the washers and dryers. Half the time, a machine doesn't work and it doesn't tell you until everything is loaded up and ready to start. Specific dryers will start "drying" and then clothes will still be almost as wet as when they came out of the washer. Not to mention that the app they make us use is super buggy and I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times in the year that I've lived here. Also, and most IMPORTANTLY: I have been cornered in the laundry room by a bunch of teenage, high school looking kids and the only thing that saved me from 5 teens is my pepperspray. I called both the "on-call courtesy officer" and the front office, which had almost 45 minutes until closing and never recieved a call back, even after leaving my name, number, and situation. Lastly, packages are not safe! I've had 6-7 packages stolen when I wasn't able to pick them up immediately after they were dropped off. It's ridiculous the number of porch pirates here! In conclusion, all this to say I am NOT happy for the service I got for the price I paid to them every month. In my opinion, it would've been appropriately priced at half the price I paid monthly."

"Please don't fall for the staff generated reviews. First, there is no park no gym, kids can't even play outside because cars use the complex as a shortcut around Gus Thomasson traffic. The gym has 2 machines that are so old there's nothing you can do with the equipment. Second, about the fees, moving here half of your lease will go towards fees! There's a $189 fee we been paying for years and I don't even know why. On top of that, anything the office does for you there will be a fee! Third, These apartments DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT AREANGEMENTS with you!!!!! The day after rent is due they will be at your door letting you know that they will file an eviction on you by the end of that week! I promise!! They waste no time so they can charge you additional fees!! Fourth, homeless people, dumpster divers, and crackhead have a free for all and liter the entire complex daily! As soon as the trash is emptied during the week random people come and fill it up. We have about 5 homeless residents that live on the property and they rummage the trash all over the complex at will! It's very disgusting and rats are everywhere! Last, there are tons of bugs running around from unit to unit. This place is just a mess Please save your money and avoid this place, they babysit you, force you to use their internet and you have to report all parking to them. This is more like a jail and we can't wait to move in May once the lease is up. I have never felt so embarrassed where I have lived this is a disgrace."

"I moved here one month ago. Angie helped me out. The staff were nice to me. My only complaint is the parking. Sometimes at night after coming in from work, the store...I have to park farrrr away from my building. Not many spots at night. Also it do be a lot of trash near the dumpster. I've seen a few reviews about rats and roaches. I haven't seen any so far! I've had a few ants but I sprinkled some ant bait amongst the wall floors around my apartment..I have no pest issues, I keep it pretty clean. Update: keep your car doors locked. People will break into them at night."

Throughout our stay, the management has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to meeting all our needs. Notably, the leasing office is accommodating when it comes to payment arrangements and seamlessly facilitates apartment transfers when units become available. The bilingual leasing agents, proficient in both English and Spanish, have gone above and beyond in ensuring the well-being of my family. Moreover, the complex exhibits a strong emphasis on security, implementing sweeps during holidays to ensure safety. The meticulously maintained pool adds to the appeal, as it's consistently cleaned and well-maintained. In addition to these features, the complex shines in its response to maintenance and repairs. Emergency repairs are handled efficiently, with a dedicated maintenance worker on call to address urgent issues. While their availability might vary, it's reassuring that they strive to complete repairs in a timely manner. This proactive approach ensures that residents' comfort and safety are never compromised. While our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, a few negative encounters with neighbors have surfaced. It's important to note that these individuals don't reflect the overall community. However, the management has impressively taken proactive measures to address and remove disruptive neighbors, demonstrating their commitment to maintaining a peaceful environment. All things considered, this apartment complex truly offers a wonderful living experience."
