Kevin was forthright and honest in his evaluation, which unfortunately was that further use based upon their current condition could endanger an already ancient home. He provided some useful options, was reasonable in his pricing, and he and his assistant were courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful in all their interactions with my mother and me. "Professional and punctual. Very friendly people and great attitudes to boot. We needed our fireplace inspected, cleaned and a ceramic plate replaced due to damage. Was offered a cheaper solution to just repair for a few years of use before having to pay to replace the plate, but I had already budgeted it; however it was very nice of him to offer the cheaper side of things with the state of the economy. I wish I would have had him send me the pictures but trust it looks fantastic."
