"I was hopeful things would get better over time but there’s a new issue every week. I was curious if it was just me but by the looks of the reviews, it’s not. I’ve had a number of pleasant conversations with the new management team, but nothing gets done. It literally takes 4-6 follow ups to get an issue resolved. They say they’ll do something, but not follow through. Another person commented that they don’t care about the residents and I have to agree. They don’t answer the phone, even when they’re sitting right at the desk. The hallways smell terrible and I pass the same cigarettes on the floor week after week so cleaning is rarely done and I don’t think they’ve ever been mopped. The garage is constantly broken. There’s no real security for the packages as anyone can get in with an email address. Rent fees change without notice and on top of the poor management, the apartments were poorly made. The walls are cracking, bathtub molding coming apart, etc. when I moved into the apartment brand new just a year and a half ago! The list goes on and on. I do not recommend living here at all and look forward to moving. There’s a reason for all of the lengthy, terrible reviews. I hope management does something with the feedback instead of simply responding with “we’re new management and our residents are our top priority”. It’s been months now under this management and things have only gotten worse."

"Future residents beware!!! When I first moved in I was in love with the apartment. I don’t have many problems with my particular unit besides the fact that my windows were so shoddily made that parts of two out of four windows break easily, but both management teams (especially the new one) have been less than accommodating. The new management can’t even pretend to care about resident concerns. The hallways and elevators smell like dog urine, the hallways stink with weed so bad I can smell it through my walls, and so many cars get broken into and even stolen because of lack of security cameras and whatnot. Several residents and I have been asking for parking garage cameras but management keeps brushing us off. Surely it can’t be too expensive to install cameras since the rent is so high here and the garage has several tesla chargers that nobody uses. The cameras in the package room are broken and they have no intention of fixing those either. Several of my packages have been stolen at this point. And many new residents let visitors in through the gate and visitors are taking spots that we are paying for. But the current management would rather send passive aggressive emails about peoples’ trash than listen to the pressing concerns we’ve had for months. Many of the older residents who have been here for a while are all moving out with good reason! I’m really sad to see the state of this complex considering it’s a newer build and was originally marketed as a luxury apartment."

"I have been a resident of this complex for almost a year. Where should I start? Teamwork and care do matter to me and this is the place where you could actually see and feel it. Every single staff that I could name are wonderful starting from the front office. Patrick, Stephanie, and Joey are very gentle and willing to assist you in any way they could at your comfort. They are genuine friends that you could have a little happy chit chat with a beautiful smile if you would like to. Chandler is the most professional complex manager I’ve ever experienced. She is very upfront about explaining the cause and need for any apartment issues which will enhance your living experience. Jerry, Charlie, and Danny perform delightful maintenance work. This team also coordinates events, such as wine day, Easter egg hunting day, planting day, and so on monthly to make sure you are satisfied with your stay. I would highly recommend your next apartment to live in."

"I have been to many luxurious places around the world. This apartment project matches the high end living luxury yet simple clean minimalist modern lifestyle. Great interior and exterior Desgin with many in house amenities. The place feels like home very clean and modern. The best thing about it, it’s close proximity to waters creek, great place to walk and shop. The apartments looks very modern inside and equipped with latest appliances. The lovely friendly people at the leasing office are very helpful and helped us figure moving in as foreigners in this country. Overall really looking forward to living at the Montgomery."
