"I have had to call this company many times to clear the same pipe that keeps getting clogged after just a couple months, each time costing a couple hundred dollars. Today I had them come out to inspect the gas lines on my house. After a few minutes they left so I assumed the inspection was completed . When I got home from work and we tried to cook dinner we noticed that the oven did not work. Eventually I discovered that my gas was turned off and the gas lines were completely disconnected from the meter. So not only were we not able to cook dinner, each member of my family got to enjoy a cold shower. Of course there is no 24 hr. number listed so I will have to call during business hours to try and get this nightmare corrected. Meanwhile my family will be without hot water and cooking appliances. I will not be using Cole Plumbing again and would not recommend such poor service to anyone."

"Cole plumbing was scheduled to come and I was pushed back for 2 weeks. She. I asked if I should hire another plumber she said very sarcastic " yes you should do that" I have 3 separate jobs lined up so if they can't get to the first job I will not schedule another. I would not recommend calling this company!"
