"i wish i could give a -5 star rating! this is the most unprofessional tax services i have EVER experienced. the owner of the company is never there & his receptionist (older african american woman) has a nasty attitude & never know the answer to questions so you will have to wait until she can reach the owner & you will most likely never get a call back! they don’t believe in communication, i waited MONTHS thinking that they e-filed my info for a previous year only to find out that it was sitting in their office & needed to be mailed ( by me ) but NO ONE CALLED ME to let me know that it needed to be mailed off ( what a WASTE of time )!!! last year when my fiancé & i filed with this company, ALL of our personal business was told to my mother in law who was also filing with them at the time by the receptionist which means your info is not confidential here. my fiancé explained to the owner “Mr. Bill” about confidentiality of their clients personal business and he seemed to be upset but still has the lady as a receptionist meaning if we were to forgive this situation, we would still have to look at this lady because she STILL WORKS THERE, he didnt offer any accommodations for this situation AT ALL! We could have sued this company because that is a VERY SERIOUS matter! The ONLY reason i gave this company chances is because i was filling with them BEFORE new management came about but it seems the more chances you give a company is just more opportunity you give them to mess over you! They will also do extra work that you didnt ask them to do just to get extra money from you. I wouldn’t advise my worse enemy to file here! RIDICULOUS"
