"Service is unreliable. I called on a Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday. I took off work to be home for appointment and he never showed up and didn’t call to let me know he was not coming. I called/texted and he responded at the end of the day saying he would not be coming and “maybe tomorrow”. He said he would contact me the next day. He never called back. I called/texted for 2 more days trying to get in touch with him and he never responded. Not only did he never show up and never respond, he wasted a week of my time and cost me a half day off work and appliance still isn’t fixed."

"Do NOT waste your Time or Money. Highly unprofessional, lazy, lying scumbag. Charged me $75 just to come out, Didn't fix the problem and caused more damage. He said he was going to order a part but he never did and I couldn't get him on the phone. Not even worth a 1 star rating."
"Not professional, a liar, a cheat. Took my money and ripped me off. Put an expensive part on washer and it lasted 5 days and broke agyans then I couldn't get him back out to fix his wrong. Horrible service overpaid and not efficient. He thinks because I'm a woman he can just do me any kinda way. I found a much better repair place called Dependable appliance repair"
