He was thorough with troubleshooting the problem, gave me different price options for fixing the system, and then inspected the entire system (not just the part he fixed) before leaving."
"Zach and his team are fantastic. When it came time to replace our heating and air system, we had multiple bids and selected Havens. They were friendly, professional, explained all the options, answered all questions we had, and set us up for install. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. For some time after, they came out and serviced the unit and would call to schedule routine maintenance.
