"I encountered a Trogan on my desk top computer and thumb drives in November. I took my tower and thumb drives to BITS for service. They had to cleanup my hard drive and thumb drives. They updated my antivirus, updated my drives, and added some memory to my system. My items stayed with them about a week. Upon the return of my system, I immediately noticed the difference in it speed. Everything worked fine and has for the last three weeks. BITS made the needed repairs at a reasonable price. I used BITS a year ago and had a good experience. My recent second visit went even better. I was well pleased with their service and their help with get me back up and running."
"I called yesterday to see if they had a glass cover to replace the broken one on my I Pad Pro. They did, so I brought my I Pad to them this a.m. thinking it would be ready tomorrow or the next day. To my surprise, I was called the same day I dropped it off and told that it was ready. I feel like the pricing was fair and the service absolutely wonderful. I'll be using B.I.T.S. again if I should need any repairs."
"I had a small TV that was having some problems staying on. I called all around and nobody seem to want to deal with it. I talked to TJ at Bits and he told me to bring it by and let him look at it. “We usually do not work on TVs but let me take a look at it.“ The next week he had it up and running and it’s never looked better. he will have all of my business from now on. I cannot recommend him enough."
